| 3.5 great | DerElefant | May 26th 16 | Thrice return with a very high quality comeback. The Opener "Hurricane" already feels like one of the best songs they have ever written. The main riff makes it almost impossible to define whether it sounds cheerful or melancholic, provoking a rollercoaster-ride of emotions. Overall the album is more accessible than previous releases of the band, delivering catchy choruses like in "Death From Above" or "Whistleblower" without neglecting to create a dense atmosphere.

Needless to say it's a good album. Their best? No.
A very good comeback? Without a doubt.

| 2.5 average | Alabaster Jones | June 7th 16 | What is stopping Thrice nowadays from obtaining the god-awful-fate-worse-than-death tag of "radio-rock" (*gasp*)? Not a whole lot, but enough to make the distinction. That being said, these things that do separate them don't exactly translate into making a great record. More melodies are in use, yes, but they're not particularly memorable or packing much of a punch. The lyrics flip-flop from tolerable to eye-rollingly cliche, and the songs tend to run into each other as they go. It's not all like this, though. Songs like "Stay With Me" and "Death From Above" are helped by just how large they sound, and the emotion they bring across is much more palatable. Closer "Salt And Shadow", which is the slowest song on the record, does very well because of the cold, windy atmosphere it portrays, really sounding like the record's cover. Thus, To Be Everywhere Is To Be Nowhere isn't a complete waste of time, but it does land on the disappointing side of things.

| 3.5 great | Hanusko | November 20th 16 | Decent 3.5 - Bad album done with excellent passion, precission and power. Thrice takes on post-grunge, this album pretty much sounds like everything from seether, but surprisingly enough it is actually really well done, full of amazing verses, great guitar work and full of passion, sadly most of choruses on this album is just generic radio rock, that does more likely discourage somebody from listening to this, then the other way around. Overall this album offers some excelent singles and that is about it, the rest of the album is good, but not really that amazing. ,,Hurricane'' - phenomenal song, catchy, structured, passionate. ,,Blood on the sand'' - Meh ,,Window'' - Good tune, kind of obnoxious chorus ,,Wake up'' - and the price for the worst chorus thrice has ever written goes to thisrThe long defeat - Great single, nice and catchy tune, slightly overproduced, but overall it really sounds great ,,Seneca'' - fantastic ,,Black Honey'' - Post grunge perfected, really great single, excelent guitar work ,,Stay with me'' - Totally worth it r,,Death from above'' - GOD what is wrong with that tempo change ? ,,Whistlebower'' - absolutely perfect riff, I don't know how they got to this sound, but i fkin love it ,,Salt and Shadow'' - Best song on the album easily

| 3.0 good | EasterInTheBatcave | August 28th 16 | The most straightforward record Thrice has ever released, but it's solid ("Black Honey," "Stay with Me"). It leans even further in a mainstream rock direction than Major/Minor, but the results aren't bad, though the record as a whole lacks the creativity of their best work. A satisfying comeback for Thrice, but I hope their next record is more daring.

| 0.0 | Finn Baker | August 15th 16 | I think almost all of the best tracks on the album are after Seneca. Everything from Black Honey to Salt And Shadow is what really makes this album stand out for me. It's teetering on the edge of being loved, and I may bump this to a 4/5 someday. I'm just waiting for it to click.

| 3.0 good | marf1300 | August 2nd 16 | Admittedly I got into Thrice in their post-hardcore days; however, this is their first disappointing album for me. In Beggars and Major/Minor, Thrice managed to still have some form of heaviness or aggression, but it seems their sound got neutered in their hiatus. Despite all the negative things I have said, this is still an above average alt rock album. For those of you who haven't given up on hearing "Deadbolt" again, this album puts another nail in the coffin.

| 3.5 great | Trey STAFF | June 1st 16 | I haven’t really been a fan of Thrice since Vheissu back in 2005, and the last album of theirs that I totally enjoyed was Artist in the Ambulance in 2003. Around the time of The Alchemy Index their ambition and desire to move on from their roots just totally lost me. Based on the hype, they were definitely onto something, but I had missed the boat. Of course, they’ll never go back to their roots or even the hybrid-sound that was Vheissu, but at least To Be Everywhere is better than the Alchemy albums or anything that came after them. At this point, Thrice have settled comfortably into a chill, adult-oriented alternative rock that isn’t exactly ground breaking, but they’re doing it really well.

| 4.5 superb | 3waycrash | June 1st 16 | To Be Everywhere shows that Thrice haven't lost their steam with a consistently strong album brim with energy. The songwriting is still top notch, and the production does all the band members justice by bringing out the best of them. Kensrue's great penmanship is still present with lyrics that are very aware and themes that are relevant to the modern world. It's Thrice doing what they do best, and it's great to still have a band like them still going strong.

| 0.0 | EvilEyez | May 31st 16 | Once, Twice, Thrice stop telling licerOnce a time Thrice were my favourite band but now I prefer At the Drive-In again (I want them to reform!). Once they were the perfect lover with many arms but now only one and its loose. All good this band are tired but they still shouldn't stop as its fitness. Like the old dog theres a new trick but all they do now is keep telling us lice.rThe theme of the album is Thrice is now everything that takes in the band members and the Thrice fans and the universe. This is a new and arrogant opinion for Throce. Why say this? Better to say nothing.rOnce the album is done I sit back - this music comes with the to much cabage when really we all want is to shred into the riffs. Why do this? I'm staying a fan of Thryce for now but in the future I'll be more a fan of At the Drive-In until they start telling their own lice to me.r4.5 stars today

| 4.0 excellent | TheSupernatural | May 26th 16 | I think some of Dustin's lyrics here might lag behind the band's music, but the music is sublime. Thrice have done something really special here by coming back from a hiatus to deliver possibly their best musical album to date. They kept talking about their equipment and search for a great guitar tone in interviews, and it's easy to see what they're talking about. They absolutely nail it there.

| 3.5 great | StrizzMatik | May 26th 16 | Better than M/M but definitely feels like more of a heavier rDustin solo record in some spots. Wake Up is kinda ehhh but rnot terrible. Stay With Me is way too much like basic stadium rrock with a really saccharine and predictable melody. The rHurricane, The Window, Whistleblower, Salt & Shadow, Black rHoney, DFA and The Long Defeat all kick ass but idk if I'd put rany of it in their top 20 except The Hurricane, THAT is a rmonstrous, classic jam. There's a slightly disjointed feel to rit due to the band writing most of the album individually rinstead of together as with previous records. I think it sits rright in the middle of their discography - it's no Vheissu, rAlchemy Index, or TIOS but I'd tie it with Beggars, and it's rcomfortably better than TAITA, IC and M/M, which still speaks rheavily to their level of excellence. Great comeback.

| 4.0 excellent | Drummerboy123 | May 26th 16 | Stay With Me until the end of the album is fucking astounding. A bit of a rocky first half with some
great songs (Hurricane, The Long Defeat) but some uninteresting songs as well. Maybe those
songs might grow later on.

| 3.5 great | kingjulian | May 26th 16 | What seemed to be shaping up as a much edgier album actually flaunts its best during the moments rof positivity and warmth. "The Long Defeat" serves as an affecting and much needed anthem of hope rwhile the gorgeous "Stay With Me" nearly brought me to tears with a beautifully simple story of lovers rin wartime. There's still a lot of skepticism and scathing rebukes of corrupt leadership, islamophobia, retc... but the best of TBEITBN is found in its brightest moments. Except for Hurricane... which is one rof the best damn songs Thrice has ever written.
