Strong 3.5 - If your looking for a band that covers the mid point in between hardcore and metalcore, check out these guys. ,,Progression through Unlearning'' is perfect mix of complex metalcore-ish riffing with accesible hardcore structuring of the songs and very vigorous and powerful vocal delivery. Instrumentally this album is as good as 90s hardcore can be, riffs are complex and extremely groovy, drumming is punchy and very dynamic, and even though the production of drums is quite clumsy, Somebody just loves it. bass isn't as strong as for example in Will Haven, but it has its spots...but the best thing on the album are the vocals, they are so powerful and energetic, that you will forget about the music, and you just want to listen to vocals. BUT this band has one major problem, their music is extremely repetitive, at least on this album, all songs on this album are way too similiar, it misses some diversity, other than that great release.
