After first seeing the album cover and album title, I was expecting another boring Black Metal/Ambient hybrid like Lustre, but happy to say I was way off base. This is great stuff, like a beautiful combination of Woods of Desolation, Cascadian Black Metal, and small post-rocky bits thrown in.
