I cannot put into words how unlistenable I found this album to be. I got next-to-nothing out of this album and was extremely disappointed that the only song that had any redeeming qualities was the closer "Motherfuc[font=verdana]k[/font]er, I Don't Care," which is basically a Murderdolls version of Slipknot's "Surfacing," although "People Hate Me" could be the runner-up. The instrumentation is great on "... I Don't Care," but I just can't get into the vocals or the themes explored on this album. I don't know if I'm disappointed because I can't listen to this without cringing because I don't "get" the Murderdolls, or because the music is indeed terrible and as putrid as the band's lyrics.

Curiosity led me to this album and I can safely say it is one the worst thing I have ever heard. The lyrics, the vocals, the songs; just everything is simply abysmal.
Beyond the Valley of the Murderdolls really is a disgrace to music. They should feel ashamed and so should Roadrunner Records for signing them.

Personally im a huge fan of Wednesday and all his music,and Murderdolls are arguably the best thing hes done. sure some songs are average like Slit my wrist,twist my sister, but songs like Kill Miss America,graverobbin USA,She was a teenage zombie are instant classics,and my personal favourite Dawn Of The Dead

This is a horrible band.The lyrics sound like they were written by a could who just learned the "F" word.There isn't one good song on this cd.
