a simone-driven symphonic feast (and given that she went so far as to strip down for the cover it ought to be) telling you, and you, and you, that your religion is full of shit. first half is pretty solid requiring only minor edits, but gets a little rickety after the hebrew inspired instrumental with death falling short and only the chorus of living a lie being any good, but returns to the win with the sexy fools of damnation and pretty good beyond belief, finally culminating in the total garbage track safeguard but excellent sancta terra, ending with the decent but necessarily edited title track

I was shown the video for Never Enough. i thought the song was ok, so i decided to check out this album. But... My god, this is so... so... AVERAGE. After listening through the entire album, the only song that I remembered was the beforementioned Never Enough. Vocals are decent for the most part (whoever does the "growling" should STOP), but they aren't backed up by music that is at least catchy. Bland album, 'nuff said
