The first full length from EFEB is a dreamy, fast-paced pull through modern-day progressive metalcore. Laced with beautiful melodies, technical tempo changes and riffs, and consistently pure clean vocals, this record ought to turn the heads of fans of The Afterimage, Napoleon and Periphery. The only aspects holding them from a higher rating are the somewhat monotonous screamed vocals and the occasional djenty muted chug-fests, both of which are excessive at times.
