While this wasn't a complete overhaul in their sound, this had some surprising moments. There were actually
some cool influences brought in on this new LP. I heard a lot of gojira type riffing and even some pseudo black
metal influences thrown in that actually worked quite well. With that being said, This is still a moshbro album. Bro
downs and layered vocals galore. (When are these bands gonna kick that lame shit?) anyway, this album is not a
lazy effort. It's clear that they were going for something a little more mature, and they didn't quite achieve that but
they didn't fail either. Now-archaic moshbro methods are holding this band back, but not to the point where they
aren't capable of creating a decent effort. 2.75/5

Mid 7 out of 10: I am very surprised that I liked this as much as I did. There are some problems through it's course time, especially the very cliche breakdowns, but for the most part this LP is full of very solid deathcore. Production is super tight, and the vocals are absolutely monstrous.

Loved Hellbound and was worried about the vocalist change. But this album is really solid, has a bit more variety than Hellbound did. Enjoying it quite a bit.

Swing The Axe is epic. Album's pretty vicious overall. Thought I'd never like it, but this is exceptional deathcore. Wish this bro wouldn't be so averse to positive thinking, but I'm glad he wrote this.
