This sounds like a "synthy Immortal" (and a bit like Emperor), therefore I enjoyed it a lot. Even though the mix could have seen some improvements (guitars shouldn't be this quiet), this is quality material. Frosty atmosphere and intense riffing - that's all I needed!

A great but often overlooked album for those who enjoy the early-mid nineties Norweigan black metal sound, most specifically early Emperor and Immortal.
