It's hard to be objective when the material is THIS entertaining. Is it derivative? Absolutely. Is it cliched? Oh, for sure. With determination. That's the enjoyment factor of Space 1992, though: it revels in the genre's storied history, with just enough self-awareness to pull it off. If you can detach yourself from your inner cynic, there's a gem to be found here, for sure. 2 Bumps \| Bump

This band preforms with such energy and passion that it really ends up being an amazing band celebrating the over-the-top qualities of power metal instead of a parody band that happens to have a few awesome songs. Also helps that the song writing is top notch. Bump
