This is good but still a lot of these tracks feel like they're not quite "there". They have all the right elements, but only some of these tracks cross the line into great; however, when they do ("Wind Up Bird", "Hi-Line", "The Fool"), they work exceedingly well. All that said, Erika Wennerstrom has some serious pipes, and really propels these songs.
