My perspective of Dizzy Wright changed a lot while listening to this album. Half of the album he seemed like a trap artist/weed rapper and the other half he seemed like a conscious rapper. But most of the songs have a good meaning and excellent lyrics. The beats were decent too. The guest appearances were phenomenal with artists like: Big K.R.I.T, Tech N9ne, Swizzz, Hopsin, Layzie Bone, Krayzie Bone, Jarren Benton, and many others. The hooks were pretty weak though and they need severe work. But his rhymes were witty and full of references. There was a good vibe throughout the album too. He's just down to earth and a great rapper. The Growing Process is a great rap album of 2015.
