This is honestly the album I had hoped HWBWP would be based on its singles. They nail it in every aspect on rthis album IMO, it also presents a much heightened sense of urgency that was lacking previously. Everything is rsuper catchy as well, and no real filler.rEDIT: Gotta love people who create multiple accounts just in order to "1 star" Being as an Ocean albums.

Maybe it's because i can relate to most of their lyrics, plus I really enjoyed their older albums, but this one hit me in the chest. For me, it's fucking amazing.

While this record is not bad I just feel like alot of the track in the middle of the record don't really do muuch for me and I also think they should've just gone for a full concept record about richie instead of just making the first two songs about him and then going into semi-inspired religious lyrics

I was blown away at first listen. Being As An Ocean was always a hit and miss band with lots of potential. But this album, they got everything to click. Concocting so many elements from all branches in the genre. Lyrically, one the most intricate and profound albums ever written, stretching deep into philosophy and the most darkest depths of theology.
