This 44-minute assortment of 90's-era odds and ends has some bright spots- Folksy pop lark "Ice Drummer" and woozy lo-fi power ballad "Put the Waterbug in the Policeman's Ear" are both real winners- but most of this amounts to little more than demos of Satellite Heart and CTM tunes and a couple pleasant-but-inessential live recordings. It's a fun listen if you're a hardcore FLips fan, but everyone else is probably better off sticking to their proper studio releases
