Excellent album, extreme speeds mixed with darkness, a hint of beauty and grim slower
parts. The sound is cold like winter in Siberia.

Very solid trve old-school black metal release with near infinite replay value. The fast paced songs pretty much sound like if they'd be taken from an early Immortal album - and I love that. Nothing to complain about here, this is a perfectly executed album.

I am pleasantly surprised with this album.
I expected an incredibly brutal display of black metal with death metal influences. I had absolutely no idea that this was Marduk's most black metal release. Even then, this seperates itself from the thrones of black metal bands all doing the same sound nowadays. Its incredibly atmospheric, yet fast and brutal at the same time.
