The definition of a washed-out genre. Can we all collectively say at this point in time that new Minsk reeks of an overcrowded sludgy, post-metal world? Yes, their sound has be updated to the colours of today! No, it doesn't ever venture the near depths of tribal experimentation that made their first couple of releases so vital. A band that should have remained dormant.

I have no prior Minsk experience, but this rocks pretty hard. They have a sludgy post-metal combo going on that is extremely effective. About 90% of the the run-time really hits my sweet spots, and the other 10% is still rather great. rI'll have to give this a few more listens to get the full effect.
