| 2.5 average | gofrosty | November 13th 15 | It is fine. They have transitioned from this unhinged, almost garage rock sound to one that is smooth and glittery indie pop. There is something almost Passion Pit-esque in the sound of the biggest songs, Greek Tragedy and Give Me a Tray are what I am thinking of. The first three tracks are bangers, but the rest of the album fails to keep the energy and intrigue up. It ends up just kind of petering out. The rest of the tracks are fine but decidedly unmemorable. Its breezy and easy listening, the vocals are as distinctive as ever, but nothing to be terribly excited about.

| 2.5 average | conditionals | February 9th 17 | Serviceable "indie synth pop" from a band that can and has done much better.

| 0.0 | Sowing STAFF | April 14th 15 | This is basically the definition of soulless indie-pop. These dudes just sort of churn one song
out after another - every single one takes a slightly different approach on the same electronic
backbeat, with sparkling guitars and high pitched vocals in nearly every chorus. There's some
catchy moments to be found here and there I suppose, but it's still a relatively easy album to
take a pass on.
