I genuinely feel bad for people that can't get past the repetitiveness of this album. Despite the "insert beat, repeat" formula that is (mostly) at play here, from start to finish there isn't a single moment that isn't 100% pure sonic bliss. Sure if you're concerned with structure over texture you might not "get it", but if you just let the sounds wash over you, you might eventually find that this is as sublime as music gets.

Relistening to this after many, many years I am once again caught in a blizzard of icy deconstruction that are as difficult to grasp as they are impressive. The fact that nearly every beat, every sound, every musical lean on the record is a repurposed and recycled, revamped and reimagined music of a found origin is quite grandiose itself, but the album creates within itself a pleasant, looping aura that does not let go, gently easing you in to its tightening grips.
