Just for Allen's vocals, the rating average should be much higher, but as Anglo-Saxons say, different strokes for different folks... So on one side we have Allen and his exceptional vocal work and on the other, Matt Sinner and a band of musicians going through the motions of hard rock and heavy metal and their respective classic and modern intersections.
