Oh, how i wish these guys didn't change.
This was composed back when they were only a band of 2 guys...
i hope they get back to the Basics, "Everything Perfect on the Wrong Day" freaking got me through endless workouts and the lyrics connect with God clearly.
i miss that from them.

Sky Eat Airplane engage onto the scene - alongside a bit of clumsiness on their part - with Everything Perfect on the Wrong Day, an album which blends cookie-cutter metalcore and some interesting traces of 8-bit sounds. The concept works well enough on paper, yet the overall execution is hit-and-miss at times.

Sky Eats Airplane are just one of those bands that can catch your attention; marking themselves as one of the first real electronica lead metalcore groups, they sure made a name for themselves with this first album. There are tons of breakdowns, they're spread all around and used pretty much when they ran out of idea's. The cool electronic effects that lead the album are really fun to listen too, though at times feel like there is just way too much of it at one time. Pretty solid though, and one album I'll definitely be checking out again and again.

This is a great album, but it lacks sometimes. Some songs cut short and there are too much instrumental time in the album. I think if there were more MUSIC then the album would of grabbed a much higher rating from me. I still think it's a great album from a band with much more potential. I look forward to the next release.
