Hardcore as fuck. The cleans could be better at times, but that's to be expected from a band like this and they occasionally hit the spot. Catchy as hell. Savage is a standout straight hardcore track with purely harsh vocals. The Pulse is a soothing instrumental that serves as a nice calm within the storm. Calloused, World of Hurt, and The Limit kick ass and some nice cleans mix em up.

I've heard only a few tracks before hand from Gideon, but finally got around to listening to this album. I'm really impressed. Granted, this is nothing new or out of the ordinary in the legion of hardcore/metalcore bands out there, but it's definitely got some fun and heavy riffs to jam to. Definitely for fans of The Ghost Inside, For Today, and Parkway Drive.

Songs are overall quite repetitive, screams are little below average, guitars aswell as drums are awfully boring.
But, worst of all, the lyrics. Only thing likeable about this album is Shomo's appearance. Do you love metalcore?

Poorly structured, repetitive, and uninspired. Typical 2010's metalcore record: verse-breakdown-clean chorus (with cringe-worthy "inspirational" lyrics)-REPEAT.
