Most technically diverse album yet. All of the death/thrash goodness is still here, yet Revocation continues to throw in a few surprises on occasion; most notably in the form of dissonant, harsh black metal style riffing most likely contributed by guitarist Dan Gargiulo, noted for his new project Artificial Brain. Once again, Dave proves he's one of the most gifted and talented guitarists of our time. Although his vocals are a problem for some, he has a better delivery for this style of technical death/thrash than most of his peers, and he has improved on each new release. Easily one of the top albums of the year. Don't miss it.

My god, what it is with the tonnes of metal fans on this site. Its like every time a new album is released by a band, everyone jacks themselves off and gives it a 5.

The complaint I have on this is the immense amount of riffs making me not reminding a single one m/m/m/! Loving the the production here as well...its been a time since I've listened to a metal album where I didn't have to put vol practically up to max...this manages to be pretty loud and sweet way below.

Revocation's ST record would have been in my top 25 of 2013, and Deathless just continues to prove why this band is as good as they are. They continue to prove how fast and technical they can be while still delivering some catchy tunes. I like the S/T a little bit more, but this is a worthy addition to their discography. Also props to their lead singer for improving his vocal work. 8.5/10

I don?t know how these Bostonians do it. This is the third year in a row they?ve made it onto my year end list (Last year they reached the lofty seventh spot) and if Deathless is any indication, they?re not slowing down anytime soon. Deathless shows Revocation stream lining their sound in the death metal direction even more. This has made the song writing tighter and more cohesive. Sadly gone are the days of crazy experimentation (such as utilizing a banjo or a horn section), but they?ve made way for crushing songs that are still quite capable of jamming like a mother fucker, just check out Labyrinth of Eyes or United Helotry. Also a quick shout out to Madness Opus which is one of the best tracks released this year. Best tracks: Deathless, Madness Opus, and Apex

With a surprisingly fresh, diverse and well-crafted sound, "Deathles" is a pleasant surprise and most certainly one of their best albums to date.

Excellent album - David Davidson is able to pull of the clean vocals extremely well. The riffs are good, and so is the production. Incredibly technical guitar and drums. The strongest song on the album being Madness Opus and the weakest (but by no means bad)being Apex, this album is definitely worth buying and listening to. Thoroughly impressed!
