2010s synthpop that ain't too derivative from the 80s - woah bravo for that. It's indeed more a synthy approach to 2000s indietronica with a kinda weird voice - weird in that it's unique but not that good? Once you've heard the first track, you've heard it all. Nevertheless, cool vibey album.

This really grew on me. I was liking it but something clicked when I heard Light House after a few times and now I love this record. Funny how that works.

this is the kind of album you expect to be incredibly stale and generic that ends up being really nice. much, much more than the "Seasons" companion piece I expected.

Leans towards overly straight-forward and the lyrics are about as bland as words get, but they keep a good beat, have nice synths and nicer basslines and even nicer choruses, and of course a notable singer. They don't truly convince me until the excellent grouping of tracks 5-7, other than that the okay songs are about even with the great ones.
