The Glitch Mob follow the same path that Justice did; after releasing a pretty damn good debut album, they follow it up with the most bland and trivial shit possible. Bump

This is not the album everyone was expecting and hoping for. This is not Drink the Sea: Part
II. Rather, this is a semi-awkward EDM-infused version of what Drink the Sea: Part II might
have been. It's far from perfect but the music is still better EDM than 70% of the stuff
you'll hear at a club you paid under $30 in cover for. It also has a lot of performance
potential for when these guys decide to start doing some shows this year. Love Death
Immortality overall is a great album but it's going to receive endless hate for pandering to
a
market of listeners that would never give non-EDM music the same time of day that fans of
Glitch Mob's first album give to other artists.

This album was a major step down from Drink The Sea. While yes, that album was repetitious as well that record was also much more intricate than what we have here. This album feels like a duller, oversimplified version of their last album that amplifies everything bad about their last album but lacks any of its successes. Outside of the tracks "Fly By Night Only" and "Beauty of the Unhidden Heart" I would not listen to anything on here again.
