The best offering of everything Icarus The Owl. Not a single low point on here. Everything sounds so crisp.

This is a fantastic album, however I do feel like the band tones down the zany work present off their previous record. Still, it starts off explosive, it's still hella fun, and the vocals still soar magnificently.

Tied with Love Always, Leviathan as my favorite from them. The instrumentation is still tight, it's still just as catchy (if not more catchy with some of the vocals), and probably their most consistent release.

This album is growing on me, but the thing that annoys me is they label themselves as "math rock" but don't seem to know what that means. The drummer just does alot of weird fills and they bpm changes hardly ever.

While more technical than their last album, many songs begin to run together in the second
half, and a lot of melody is lost in the name of guitar noodling and insane drumming. It's
still great, but don't expect LA,L pt II. For a better experience, listen with
speakers/headphones that can punch out the bass, because the rhythm section here is
delicious.

I can't stop listening to "In Aeternum." I just can't do it. It's easily the most life-affirming thing these guys have ever done. (And you'll hear about my take on the rest of the album when I get around to it.)
