The album is enjoyable, but just because it's a familiar sound that rock bands these days can't shake. I wonder when someone is going to tell bands like this that it's ok to try something different again.

The atmosphere of dreamy, synth pop nuggets is well established, but few of the songs manage to stand out from one another. While the constant wash of colorful sounds is nice, the album is samey and immemorable.
