4.0 excellent | BobbleHeadbutt | September 30th 14 | Overall, a very effective progressive rock/metal album. Evokes a very rock-opera like vibe. Production is a bit sub-par (compression?) but that is a minor flaw. Instrumentals have great transitions into movements, while melodies create a dark atmosphere. Vocals are well delivered, and while they may be over-delivered at some points, I find it to further add to the atmosphere. Also, the lyrics have a great vocabulary. I do think it did sound a bit thin in density when the keyboards went into more intricate parts. However, what is presented still does a fantastic job.

3.5 great | Friday13th | January 8th 14 | Very nice Alex. Impressive that you recorded it all yourself. The keyboard parts are fantastic and your singing does remind me of the great Peter Hammil of VDGG. My favorite parts were "Act 1," "Toxicodendron," "Efigy" and "Irons." My critique is you tend to oversing in some parts, as I enjoyed the instrumental breaks. The lyrics went a bit over my head but they did sound ominous so that's a plus.
