4.0 excellent | GrandpaSeth3000 | December 12th 13 | What we have here is a brotherhood. A friendship that extends past music, but also has an rextensive musical history. The Abstract & The Dragon is more-so a compilation of their work rover the years with new records sprinkled in. Another cool aspect about the mixtape is that rboth also add verses to classic records like Busta hops on A Tribe Called Quest's "God Lives rThrough." It's a great example of what a mixtape represents. r~ Grandpa Seth

3.4 great | Athom EMERITUS | December 12th 13 | At this point in time I don't think anyone here expects greatness from either Busta or Q-Tip anymore (I mean shit, did you hear Arab Money? What a fucking shit stain that was) but what The Abstract and The Dragon brings us is two former greats 20 years removed from their primes taking an enjoyable look back on the style that made them famous. It's a fun little nostalgia trip, nothing more nothing less.
