It's my favourite album ever. It has been since the day I heard it, too. Let's be honest - you might have to go back as far as Sgt. Peppers to find a record that's accumulated the level of critical acclaim this one has. Maybe it doesn't quite deserve all of that, but I'm far from the only one who thinks this is the best album of the 90s. It's a singular idea perfected - a view of the future as a sterile hell powered by soul-less technological advancement. Every song is brilliant - "Climing Up The Walls" terrifies, "Fitter Happier" creeps, "Lucky" swirls, "Electioneering" rocks, "No Surprises" sooth, and "Karma Police" is even capable of raising a laugh. And "Paranoid Android"? All of the above. Perfect.

I am just so dumbfounded about why this came #1 in Channel 4's Greatest Albums of All Time. It's just a little bit a screamingand moaning by some, surprised to hear no-one's called them, emo's. It does have some good moments but on the whole it's not something to be enjoyed, rather, endured.

This is an absolutely fantastic album that grows on me every time I listen to it. To all of you up there who gave it less than 5 stars you either haven't listened to it enough, or you are a philistine. One problem though, I think Electioneering is a fantastic, 5 star song, like an even better version of Just. And to wrakneelyo, please stop with the unfair comparisons to Muse. Muse are a fantastic band, my favourite along with Radiohead, even if I can't call them as great. If you listened to half of their music without that prejudice you'd realise that too, and how far they've moved away from the album that got them the "Radiohead tribute band" label, Showbiz.

There is just no way for me to ever be able to repay Sputnik enough for this. When i got here, believe, i was REAL music noob. There were some good artists i heard in the mix here and there, but on the hole, my taste was just shit. Enter Sputnik, and their harsh but truthful and wise fanbase. i was just getting into the website, didn't had an account, exploring the wanders of this little eye-opener website, passed on to the charts, clicked on "alt/indie" and "all time", and then, i saw it: OKC, standing proudly on top of the list. i said "i wonder how many votes it has in it's scores... i bet it's not much" it turns out it had over 4000 votes with an average score of 4.6, and i said "Holy FUCK, i can't.... i need to check this out", and so i did, and my music views were never the same again. There is literally nothing i can say that hasn't been said already, and MAAYBE it doesn't deserve all the hype around it, but let's be honest - absolutely NO album in the whole world could possibly leave up to the amount of praise that this album gets(that's pretty subjective, though). Remove the hype, however, and you still find yourself in front of a masterpiece, that, similar to how some albums are a good reason for why someone would like a genre, this album is a good example as to why you would like MUSIC - atmosphere, intelligence, experimentation, epic feel, etc, but above all - Good Music.

Very possibly the best constructed album of the 20th century. My initial rating for this was much much lower, but with it apparently being such an amazing album I had to give it the benefit of the doubt and give it another listen, and indeed I have begun to see some of the things that so many people apparently think are amazing. While the style is not in the slightest anything I particularly enjoy, there is something in them to appreciate. This album is very different, and how it hits you is somewhat unsettling, which is in part why I have begun to like it. That being said this music is not my style at all, and Yorke's vocals are generally off putting I feel. But, and the main reason I have given it the rating I have, is that it is a very hard listen, and, by the time I reached the end, I found very little appeal in going back and listening to the entire album. That thought automatically lowers the score for me and gives me a sense that this album is, to an extent, overrated.

Record is amazing, contains everything but just lacks the emotional impact of Kid A. Still, it swerves and swoons and punches like you'd expect of a phenomenal alt-rock album. Fitter, Happier will never be written by another band for the rest of time, and it's just one of the moments on here which seems so removed from anything offered elsewhere that it's almost alien. Most likely a product of the ridiculous hype surrounding this album, my first few listens left me quite unsatisfied with OK Computer. I was impressed by a few tracks, but the album didn't quite make the impression I had expected. Every time I listened, though, I found a new track I had missed recognizing as a solid track the previous time around. Where did that leave me? Over the course of a month, my rating for OK Computer slowly climbed from a 3 to its current standing as a 4.5. It took time and an open mind, but I now view OK Computer as Radiohead's second greatest album, one of the top alternative records of all time, and, most surprisingly, capable of living up to the tremendous hype.

OK Computer's release is the day Radiohead told the world to hold on tight. After 2 albums that really couldn't regarded as more than rock albums, Radiohead blew the critic's and the public's minds with their junior album OK Computer. I understand why people say this is one of the best albums of all time, but to me, it's a very frustrating listen, because I don't like the order in which the songs are presented. Especially near the end, where you have No Surprises, AKA the best Radiohead song ever, which for some reason isn't the song that closes the album. So, whenever I listen to it, the two songs after that are especially frustrating.

A mammoth album full of superb tunes that I think suffers from some degree of generational mismatch. I am a touch too young to have grown with it, yet too old for my ma or pa to have grown with it themselves and raised me to it. Thus a lot of the tracks feel like jams but not god tier, personal ones. The tracks that do feel god tier - the cheesy 10 and more so 6 - are the famous ones I knew early on before I ever jammed the CD as a whole. The outlier being 12, which I just love as a sublime conclusion and bumps this a point. Because of this phenomenon, the album feels like it won't be a personal 5.0 - and it isn't a matter of familiarity, I've listened to this for years and years -, but it also just suffers from a weaker second half post the Pink Floydesque transitional 7, a vocal sample-based interlude, that is followed by a run of two harder hitting tracks that go more experimental (the intro of 9 is totally trip-hop). While I enjoy abrasiveness and experimentation, here it feels out of place for an album that was mostly made of rich, deep and complex yet easily digestable tunes. Thankfully 10-12 are all jams - 11 is so vast and spatial. The first half on the other hand is all classic jams except perhaps the electronic 4 which still feels like a very strong track that would fit on a 5.0. That first half is all classic, rich and dense songs that aren't really worth describing given how ubiquitously known they are, and somehow they feel like the soundtrack to a happy sunny roadtrip with your sad friends. Behemoth album, but that falls short of perfection. 4.8

This album is kind of divided between good and bad songs, except even the good barely attain greatness. "Paranoid Android", as much as I love the beginning, is a mess, a big, glaring one. "Subterranean Homesick Alien" is an alright song, so are "Airbag" and especially "Exit Music(for a film)", but there always is something redundant in every track, even if they're slightly better than average. The rest of the album is mostly boring, forgettable slop(sorry "Fitter Happier", and "Climbing Up The Walls", the both of you sadly do not save this album), and the few qualities do nothing to reverse that. Album is well-crafted, simply, it lacks the flavor to make it a memorably good album.

I was pleased to see that like many Sputnikers, Radiohead's heavily acclaimed OK Computer took a long time to grow on me. I'm more into louder stuff that this, but the album's brilliance has shown itself with time. Some bands sound like they are in the zone when they make an album, and that's the case with Radiohead. The Bends was pretty dope too, but this is on another level, it's transcendent in some parts. OK Computer is weird and abrasive at times, but the band is able to keep the songs accessible, hiding paranoid lyrics behind some sweet, gentle melodies and mellow beats. The musicianship is solid too, with Johnny Greenwood's guitar starring on a couple of tracks, and it helps to punctuate the trippy feel of the record as a whole. The last 2 songs get a little boring, and it keeps it from being a solid 5, but definitely a record that should be in your collection.

OK Computer...Not only undeniable classic amongst music fans, but mainly final evolution that proved Radiohead to be much more than just your generic 90s alt. Rock band...now some of you might say, that ''The Bends'' already proved that, but I have to politely disagree, off course ''The Bends'' might have been sonically more complex than most of its contemporaries, but it was still record full of 90s alt. Rockisms and clich?s (More on that in my The bends Soundoff)on the other hand ''OK Computer'' is in league of its own. Filled with gorgeous soundscapes and soundplay, playing with complexity while staying extremely accesible. rEvery song on ''Ok Computer'' is like surrealistic painting, if you just recklessly look at it you are definitely not gonna be impressed...but when carefully look into it, you will understand the beauty of its patiently crafted soundscapes and melancholyr

1997 was known as the year when the UK dominated. There were artists which made breakthroughs such as Spice Girls, The Verve, The Prodigy, The Chemical Brothers, Mansun and, of course, Radiohead.rWith OK Computer, Radiohead have established themselves as one of the most critically acclaimed and important bands of our generation. Thom Yorke's clean and honest vocals, the rest of the band's melodic composition and Nigel Godrich's production make this album a perfect harmony. I can't pick a favorite song from this album because they're all brilliant. You can name this album the British Pinkerton, mainly because both albums have similaraties - there are no misfires, the previous album[s] (The Bends and The Blue Album) also brought them glowing reviews, some songs can remind you of those from the album before that (Exit Music (For A Film) reminds me of Street Spirit (Fade Out), The Good Life reminds me of Say It Ain't So) etc. All in all, OK Computer is a fantastic album though I'm not the first one to say that, and if you don't like it -- what is wrong with you!?

The most overrated record of the 90's is nonetheless a great one. While there's almost nothing revolutionary in neither sound nor playing style, OK Computer shines in that it sums up all the things that are significant about rock music and compresses them into eleven melodic, short songs, which capture the paranoia and distress of the times so successfully that it's no wonder that it's become so popular.

Concept and execution align nigh perfectly on OK Computer. This is a record about technology's increasing influence on the world, and the dangers that arises. Yorke's unique, emotive vocals sit in just the right place over the textured arrangements. The performances are spot on and the production is ingenious. Effects are never overpowering, but rather add to the music. "Paranoid Android" is one of my favourite songs of all time, but every track here is fabulous. This is the best album of all times, of course. If you seriously thought at any point while listening to this record that there was something, even the smallest thing, not perfect, then you are surely in the completely wrong mindset. This may seem to be an awful statement, I get it, but it also happens to be true. Radiohead's superbly creative 96-97 period is easily comparable to The Beatles 66-67 one, but the thing is that while The Beatles released 3 masterpieces in that time, Radiohead got everything together and released an out-of-proportions bomb, changing the popular music panorama. OK Computer's influece in recent music has been subtle (because there're no acts that are "inmediately" derivative of Radiohead's turn-of-the-millenia period), but if you are willingful to listen... you'll find a bunch of surprises.

For the major rock band like Radiohead and this being their most praised album, they deserve the praise they get. Everything about the album did not seem overrated.
|4.0 excellent||mandan | March 22nd 14|
While OK Computer is a solid album, in my opinion it isn't perfect. "Fitter Happier" and "Electioneering" slightly ruin its flow. However, the rest is impressive enough.
|5.0 classic||musicalmedicine | December 31st 13|
OK Computer is my personal favorite album of all time.
|5.0 classic||karmapolice21 | November 14th 13|
Thom Yorke, the vocalist for Radiohead, stated that his band claims no genre. This album is a perfect example, which upholds this claim. OK Computer branches off from the bands usual sound. The album has a more futuristic element about it. The lyrics seem as though they could appear in a Ray Bradbury novel based on the parallel themes. The sound of the album itself is not crisp and separated. The songs in the album flow as one, almost sharing the same story.
Radiohead is most commonly known for "depressing music" due to the hit song, "Creep". However, OK Computer is more dark than depressing. It makes the listener question what lies ahead. This album is superb for a Radiohead fan, but I would not recommend it for a first time listener. This album does not reflect Radiohead's normal sound. However, it's nice to see such a successful group continue to search for their "perfect sound".
Regarding the music videos for this particular album, I am not too impressed. Radiohead have had some very spectacular music videos in general, but this album is definitely lacking. I would recommend skipping the video and cutting to the chase; purchase the album instead.

1997. Oh, 1997. British music was truly at it's peak. With bands like Oasis, Muse, The Strokes and Blur, it sure wasn't easy to be the most successful band in the UK. You know what? Radiohead did it. And how? Releasing one of the best albums of all time: OK Computer. Your companion in sadness and plain weirdness. The chemical reaction, the album concept, the progressiveness. OK Computer is where the madness begins. The best band of all time began here. OK Computer marks the rise of Radiohead.

After the mediocre Pablo Honey and the merely good The Bends, Radiohead come out with an absolute musical tour-de-force. Tenouttaten.

Claustrophobic, paranoid, unsettling music that is disturbing yet familiar. The perfect soundtrack for the disconnected coldness of life in the 21st century.
|5.0 classic||somerandomusername | July 16th 13|
There are many different kinds of sadness, and they're all included in this masterpiece. OK Computer is musical depression. Go get yourself some tissues, your ears will cry of joy.
|5.0 classic||StaticEccentricity | July 11th 13|
An album that, to be frank, is one of the most overrated of all time. Now, obviously it's still a very good album, but it definitely gets more attention and praise than it deserves. But that is just an opinion, and people tend to have that. Especially on the internet!?????

This is unanimously voted one of the greatest albums of all time for a reason. Every song provides a new (at the time) perspective on rock music as a whole, there's no reason anyone shouldn't enjoy this.

A fantastic and beautiful album, both musically and lyrically. Resisting the common teachings is uncommon in the human world. The themes in this album are fantastic too, some things we can relate to.
|5.0 classic||alpo | December 21st 12|
An album that defined my teenage years. One of the most ambitious records I've ever heard. Radiohead took '90s alt-rock and took it further than it seemed anyone could. Just a beautiful album that gets better over hundreds of listens.
|4.0 excellent||WeSuckYoungBlood | December 20th 12|
Because it still is the album where they found their ultimate point in the indie pop genre
|0.0 ||clockworkangel | December 12th 12|
So much emotion crammed into one absolutely stellar package. Anyone who does not like this, kindly find the nearest rope and hang yourself. This album is incredible from the start right through to the end and every song on it is a masterpiece although if i was to choose one that stands out the most it would have to be paranoid android purely for the structuring of it and how incredible the solos on it are.
|5.0 classic||NagasakiBomber | December 7th 12|
Such an incredible experience, everything on here is a must listen and the whole album start to finish is written and recorded with such flawless conviction that it makes for one of the best albums ever recorded. This is one classic that actually does manage to not only live up to the hype but also far exceed it.
|4.5 superb||Steech | November 30th 12|
OK Computer is one of only a handful of albums that stands in the intersection of groupthink and discretion. It holds up to serious criticism and the kids fucking love it.
|4.5 superb||NightmareCinema16 | November 6th 12|
This was when Radiohead would become extremely influential in the 1990s. Great Brittain was going to have a great musical year. I still think Fitter, Happier is just plain weird and annoying, though.

This is the album that got me into music, really really got me into music. It broke down pretty much every mental barrier that I had concerning music, opening countless doors which I am still discovering. I owe my love for music to this album. Anyone who thinks i'm a pretentious jerk about music can thank this album right here.

'Tis a good album. "Airbag" is my favorite, and "Subterranean Homesick Alien", "Fitter Happier", "Climbing Up the Walls", and "The Tourist" also make this album for me; the rest of the songs are... well, OK, so to speak. It's really pretty overrated but it's still a good album and a pleasure to listen to, and it flows nicely. I definitely don't regret buying it!

You know how great an album is when it's weakest song is one as good as the twisted, explosive "Electioneering". Each song delivers a powerful, intimate, understated quality that ground the album when it strives for the epic, breathtaking moments. The lyrics resonate in the way they turn eccentric observations into genuine universal sentiments in a way I've rarely heard. I know everyone says it's the greatest album ever (or overrated) but it simply is my faveourite album of all-time. It deserves to be overrated.

|5.0 classic||Dashy | June 2nd 12|
Radiohead is, without a doubt, one of the greatest alternative/indie bands ever. Ok Computer is, by far, their best release. Paranoid Android is still one of my favorite songs ever. With Ok Computer Radiohead solidified themselves as one of the greatest bands ever. Also I find it pretty cool how the songs combine with In Rainbows, which was released ten years later.
|5.0 classic||Lovegood | May 21st 12|
One of the best albums of the 90's and a great social commentary on its distanced generation. A true "period piece". 9.8/10
|5.0 classic||lukeduggan | May 5th 12|
Essentially the Dark Side Of The Moon for the '90's. Radiohead add their own feel to everything, and the end result is a twisted, brilliant portrait of modern society.
|4.5 superb||Mojito | April 28th 12|
I never really understood the love for Radiohead outside of 'Paranoid Android' but listening to this a few times set me straight. Pretty essential as far as music itself goes. The Tourist floors me every time, gotta be a top 10 song for me.

|5.0 classic||CoConi | February 16th 12|
Obviously one of the most important alternative releases over the last 20 years. However, I don't think it is really worthy of all the hype it gets from several journalists and websites - but it is still an outstanding album.
|5.0 classic||AgainstMeAgainstYou | January 29th 12|
Such a perfect album, every single song - yes, even "Fitter Happier" - is a masterpiece. Ranked as my favourite Radiohead album, favourite album of 1997, favourite album of the 1990s, and 3rd favourite album of all time.
|4.5 superb||asaf | December 22nd 11|
some of the strongest musicianship is found in the first several tracks of this album and I always found it stunning that the singles that were picked off this album, in my opinion, were the best songs on the album, which is a very rare occasion.
|5.0 classic||Zilla2112 | November 26th 11|
'OK Computer' is certainly worthy of being called the definitive album of the 90's, and one of the best albums of all time. The rich, enthralling atmospheres Radiohead created combined with some of the most memorable songs make this an album to truly remember. While the album flows together incredibly well, tracks such as "Paranoid Android", "Exit Music (For A Film)", "Karma Police", "No Surprises", and my personal favorite, "Let Down" all stand out. Check out: The whole thing.
|5.0 classic||jefflebowski | October 2nd 11|
One of the few albums I've heard that actually lives up to the hype, with fantastic, often heart-wrenching songs backed by distinctive guitar and nimble drumming. Paranoid Android is prog re-tooled for the 90s, and Lucky is one of the most devastatingly beautiful songs I've ever heard. You know it's a great album when the worst track is the opener...
|0.0 ||Jozh | September 10th 11|
I actually dropped this to a 4.5, thankfully it didn't last long. Never doubt this album.
|5.0 classic||GnFnRs87 | September 9th 11|
Radiohead's best album and one of the best of the 90's and possibly of all time. Thom Yorke's haunting vocals cap off some sheer brilliance in songwriting. The best of which imo is 'Let Down' and 'No Surprises'. Also contains the so-called modern day Bohemian Rhapsody in 'Paranoid Android'. This is an album that needs to be heard to be appreciated.
|4.0 excellent||Fernando Alves CONTRIBUTOR | September 3rd 11|
Probably the most important British rock album of the late '90s, paving the way for emerging young acts such as "Muse" or "Coldplay". Influential work.

|4.5 superb||arthurdepr | July 10th 11|
As the rating says, a superb album! So much emotion to the songs and lyrics, and Yorke's singing is very depressive, but gorgeous. A must hear for everyone! "Karma Police" and "No Surprises" are plain awesomeness.
|3.5 great||thejon93rd | July 9th 11|
Gets very boring fast because of it's fascination to cram in as much as inhumanly possible. There are a lot of sounds and noises that just don't work for me, and it causes me to re-analyse the material for what it truly is: experimentation. Sure, it's honourable. But it's not as phenomenal as the praise it gets.
|5.0 classic||Crimson Death | May 2nd 11|
Revolutionary release with memorable and distinct melodies. Though this album may not be as technically advanced as it's successor, Radiohead managed to make the best of the simple alternative rock style. Though the "simple" I speak of is only with respect to Radiohead's later releases. Within its own genre the album is still technically superior to most. Thomas Yorke's sophisticated tenor vocals are delivered in a smooth and crisp manner. Transitions between notes are impeccable and the vocal runs are as smooth as butter. Rarely does a tenor have such a resonant and full tone, which is highlighted during the natural vocal fades.
|4.5 superb||TRMshadow | April 28th 11|
Has grown quite a bit over the years, but still isn't the "PERFECT" album some believe it to be. Still, you've gotta' admit that Yorke has a hell of an emotional voice, albeit sounding a bit wobbly. 4.2/5
|5.0 classic||TheStefan | December 11th 10|
I'm just gonna go ahead and say it... This is really the best album ever made. Ever. Everything is flawless about this album. The concepts, the lyrics, the music all seems to fit perfectly right. Upon the first time hearing this masterpiece I can tell it was in a totally different vein than all other music. If there was a rate above 5, this would be the only one I would put there, but since there isn't, a Classic rating will have to suffice.
|5.0 classic||duckpride82 | December 11th 10|
OK Computer epitomizes a time of change in a paranoid and frantic melancholy. And the

|5.0 classic||BringMeABrick | November 26th 10|
I am now convinced that this album is inherently a flawless masterpiece, and that the only reason it's not considered this unanimously is because some people just haven't realized it yet. But they will. Eventually.
|5.0 classic||dante1991 | November 4th 10|
Although not as powerful and mind blowing as Kid A, OK Computer is no doubt an amazing album. The perfect stepping stone between The Bends and Kid A, the album provides some truly stunning moments and never gets boring. Thom Yorke once again delivers a stunning vocal performance that drives the album and there are gentle and entrancing guitar and keybaord tunes throughout, cementing the album as a classic and an essential radiohead release.
|4.5 superb||iSkane | October 21st 10|
Radiohead created a modern masterpiece with OK Computer. What seemed to be a normal alternative rock band crafted something so wonderful it changed what we are as human beings. Not really, but it was still a landmark in musical achievements. Great band, fantastic album.

|5.0 classic||Leighton | August 27th 10|
Widely regarded as Radiohead's greatest album by fans and critics alike, OK Computer remains to to this day a towering accomplishment in the world of alternative music. The album is also one of the few where every song is a standout, there truely is no bad song to be found. Perfect from beginning to end, it's impact is still being felt over 10 years after it's release.
|5.0 classic||mcdaid | August 6th 10|

I have fond memories of listening to this album in the fall of my junior year every single day on the way to school. Every single day. One of the best albums of all time. The Tourist is my favorite song on the album and I don't think it gets enough credit but it IS the perfect closer.

A modern classic is what the critics raved the day this album was released. I would have to agree. Best album of the 90s? Maybe. Best Radiohead album? Definitely. Best songs are probably No Surprises and the epic Paranoid Android
|4.0 excellent||Aellyn | January 24th 09|
I can still remember the first time hearing the unique sounds and vibes -- the way it was the first cd of its kind to ever really make me understand that there are other genres out there besides metal.. Radiohead was the tip to all my interests in other vaues in music...
|4.5 superb||red0 | November 30th 08|
Radiohead danced with modern paranoia on OK Computer, a seemingly multi-faced affair that goes soft, loud, and paranoid all at once without ever sounding trite. Yorke's vocals wail behind Greenwood's flairing guitar and corky synthesizers, making a truly enveloping album-and showing a bit of what was to come with Kid A.
|5.0 classic||Titan50 | November 12th 08|
So powerful it really does hit you at your core. If this is what it feels like in 2011, imagine what the world thought listening to this in 1997. It's almost terrifying
|5.0 classic||AggravatedYeti | December 5th 07|
To say that this is 'a classic' is understated, 'OK Computer' is the most essential record of the 1990s. It's easily in contention for the best piece of music I've ever heard and no matter how many times I listen to it, it hits me the same way. 'Airbag', 'Paranoid Android' & 'Subterranean Homesick Alien', are all fucking amazing. 'Climbing Up The Walls' may be the scariest pretty song I've ever heard while, 'No Surprises' & 'Exit Music' are some of the most beautiful. Plus there's really no better closer than 'The Tourist'. Radiohead achieved something really special here, and no matter how close they've come, can't seem to quite match it. But thats fine, might just be better that way.
|5.0 classic||Altmer | November 1st 07|
This album is a classic of the 90s, for the simple reason that every song on here is amazing. The album revels in a sense of claustrophobia and angst, and even the interlude of Fitter Happier is a testament to the alienation present on the record. It personifies this, no doubt inspiring many that felt the same to pick up a guitar and write tunes. Radiohead would go gaga after this, experimenting with electronica, jazz, and other madness, but this stands as their most "tuneful" album, and where they got the mix between oddball synth influences, plain old guitar rock and bleak thematicism completely right. This isn't heralded as the best album of the 90s for nothing.
|4.5 superb||Ambassador | October 24th 07|
This album is like listening to a dream. OK Computer lets its listeners lose themselves in a world of haunting electronic tranquility, while maintaining a melodic folky accessibility. Some of the greatest sounds I've ever heard come not only from this album, but from Radiohead as a band.
Very innovative. Two thumbs up!
|5.0 classic||blacklistadapted | October 9th 07|
Absolutely my favorite Radiohead album to-date. Ok Computer raised the bar for alternative/progressive music in the 90's, and it's been a standard for and inspiration to musicians and music fans ever since. Every track is memorable, original, and catchy, all the while evading the cliche and the overdone. Great musicianship, unforgettable melodies and refreshing variety are all incorporated into a smoothly flowing, classic album by Radiohead.
|5.0 classic||Monticello | September 22nd 07|
10 years on, this album is still as classic as it ever was. there's not much that I can say, that hasn't been said before. While this isn't a concept album, there is still that persistent mood of resignation and depression throughout. Maybe that's one of the reasons why this album is so enjoyable, even if that does sound contradictory. Thom Yorke's voice can do pretty much anything, and he shows it on this album more, I think, than any other Radiohead album. Climbing Up The Walls still creeps the hell out of me, Let Down still moves me to tears for some inexplicable reason just for Lucky to bring my smile back. All this after 10 years.
|5.0 classic||bdizfoshiz | November 16th 06|
Every track on this album is absolutely amazing in every sense of the word. Well, maybe except for Fitter Happier, but that track is still awesome. The first time I heard this album I couldn't believe my ears. I was in a trance for hours afterward. Could an album possibly be this good? As far as the best album of the 90's goes. It's a toss up between this one and Elliott Smith's "Either/Or."
|4.5 superb||jon16 | September 3rd 06|

The album where Radiohead perfected the alt rock sound, and hit a level of respect few bands get a chance to hold. This album is a must in any music collection.
