The unique beats and overall production defy genre. Gavin May's voice is old school, atonal, gritty, and most of all, exuding confidence. Rhymes that rely more on philosophy and content than pure word play, but the well-crafted and atmospheric beats always take the songs where they need to go. The best thing I can say about this album is that it's never boring.r
