I just bought this CD and it is PHENOMINAL!!! I have never listened to doom-style metal before. This is the heaviest, lowest CD that I have ever heard and Ahab pulls it off flawlessly. The music fits perfectly to the concept this album is pulling off (Moby Dick). This music definately isn't for everybody but I love it

Crushing gutturals, crushing riffs, AND you feel like you are caught in a maelstrom in the midst of the briney, vast sea. Through plodding riffs, well-placed keyboard, dense, ugly gutturals and intense drum fills, this album sets a perfect brooding atmosphere.
