Ironic the final song is titled "Victim of Circumstance" as the entire album is a victim of late 80s horrid production, keyboards, drums. Even Carlos's blazing solos cannot save the slick and nauseating production. Thank the Lord this era is over. Too bad Carlos was a victim of it.
