power pop from one of the Wildhearts guys. There's not much more to say than that; it's wildly optimistic and power-chorus-oriented power pop with dual male/female vox. If you need a brain off; head empty power jam, this is it.

Ginger Wildheart has produced his most poppy record yet, however it is still packed with meaty riffs and a proper punk attitude. Black Valentine and Swimwear feature some incredible pop hooks with full-on singalong vocals, How I Survived The Punk Wars is an out and out punk song, whose lyrics about making it in the music business should be played to every new band that comes around, and the second half of the album is just utterly sublime, although it does feature probably the weakest track Gonna Kiss You Like I'm Going Away. This is a gloriously upbeat and bouncy album that is a perfect soundtrack for the summer!
