This is some of the most boring, uninspired, heartless music I've heard in awhile. Nothing but "music" for "tough guys" to punch the air in the middle of a circle pit, while the vocalist screams "fuck" before a generic breakdown. Just a disgrace to hardcore music, fuck this band.

Very poorly executed generic deathcore/metalcore album. Vocals are lol bad 90% of the time and the junz just aren't on par with the genre leaders.

I dig Sworn In's take on Slipknotty metalcore in theory, because when it works, it really works: "Hypocrisy" and "Snake Eyes" are well-done, but for every nu-metal trait Sworn In successfully incorporates, they stumble over a dozen others. Tyler Dennen vacillates between airy and whiny, reaching unbearable extremes on "Mindless," and their attempts at brutality and atmosphere come off forced and insincere.
