0.0 | BMDrummer | June 19th 14 | I'm not exaggerating when I say the Enid's debut was one of the single greatest and most creative prog albums ever released. It was quite the perfect combo of prog and classical that I myself always heard in my head, but never really thought existed. Their sophomore record was also quite good, despite being a slight drop in consistency, but I ain't complaining. Touch Me however, finds a slightly more disappointing drop in quality, despite being very good nonetheless. It seems to have a rushed feeling due to the sometimes bland passages and somewhat poor production, but it gets the job done overall. It does show some ambition though, with some jazz tendencies coming into the mix, as well as a larger emphasis on their classical side over the prog side. Overall, a consistent record from the Enid, but unfortunately one of their less consistent works. 3.7/5

3.8 excellent | praise jimmy EMERITUS | February 12th 14 | Yeah, maybe this album and its concept could've been handled more better. Alright music, with some engaging moments, but a slew of dragging moments that weaken the album. Not essential, but suggested if you enjoyed its predecessors.
