After Porcelain and Wiretap Scars, this album sure had some high expectations to match. If you're a fan of the band, you can try as hard as you can to ignore the comparisons and to try and appreciate this album on its own. However, no matter how hard I tried to like Threes, it never left me with the same feeling of satisfaction that the first two did.

Definitely a hit and miss record. Lots of filler songs. The only songs worth getting are "Untreatable Disease", "Taking Back Control", "Erase It Again" and "Atlas". With that being said those songs are some of my favorite Sparta songs.

One of my favorite bands make a truly embarrassing record. Almost each songs leaves an uninspired feeling, making this album a pure chore to listen to, especially when one can expect so much more. The best advice I can give is to download Taking Back Control and pretend that the whole album was that awesome.
