A surprisingly refreshing "djent" release. Anup's grooves are as tasty as they are technical, and the guitar and bass writing is unexpectedly impressive coming from a drummer. I'm tempted to lower my rating because the guitars/bass are programmed, which seems to me to cheapen the complexity of their parts. However, their sound quality is flawless, and the parts are well-written, so it doesn't detract from the album.
