I'm proud to say that this is the BEST release by ETF and I'm not pounding my head or scratching my head wondering why this album is fun. The album takes the best of both albums (minimun) and make it into a fun listen. The hate for this album is purely based on hate. The band even defends themselves from their harshest critics with the track "Forget About Me". Take it from someone who doesn't just give automatic 1's because he hates something. I have plenty of bands I despise but there's always good taken from something bad and this album (though not my taste and far from bad) is listenable and a step in transformation which can be shown in tracks like with the edgy, slow track "Picture Perfect" or "Chemical Love". To sum up the band's career with Craig Mabbitt: 1st album - bad fun, 2nd album - bad bad, 3rd album - average.rRecommended tracks: "Until We Die"; "Chemical Love"; "Picture Perfect"

13 tracks of mind numbing ear vomit. There's little to no variety other than slight changes to the next tracks intro. This was simply too painful to sit through. Got through 7 out 13 tracks. This is their worst album imo.

This was my first album I ever bought. It wasn't my first album, my dad streamed the Pierce the Veil discography for me and the Sleeping with Sirens acoustic album onto my laptop, which probably isn't much better. I had some money on an iTunes gift card and yes, I was in my metalcore stage. iTunes gave it a pretty good write up, which we all know now doesn't mean ***.
I listened to a couple songs and I loved it at first. The raw power of Ungrateful, catchy chorus, and powerful, violent anti bullying music video got me hooked. One For The Money has horrible lyrics but again, catchy and breakdowns. Most of the album is generic metalcore formula, but a couple stood out, Picture Perfect being one. Catchy, sickly sweet lyrics, relaxing melody, and Craig doesn't have a bad voice. It's not as unique as Ronnie Radke's but that's probably a good thing.
Overall, it's just another face in the crowd. Even this review is generic and that's how bad post-hardcore/metalcore has gotten. There's really no reason to pick this up at all. It's been out for a year and there is much better generic metalcore out there if you like that sort of thing.
