It makes me want to put my arms around strangers, do a funny little white-man jig in a circle, and then punch/be punched by those same strangers in the gut. If I had been listening to it in my car, my foot would have hit the accelerator and I would have been screaming "I want to dance" as my car flipped through the air. This song feels like my birthday, my graduation, and the day-after I lost my virginity all rolled into one. It's 9PM and the first thing I wanted to do when I heard is go get a tattoo. On my neck. This song is a cocaine-and-tequila fueled romp through Budapest on the 4th of July. This song could get the entire Fox News team to flip cars and throw bricks at the police. It's Rise Against crossed with Rancid. It's Against Me crossed with Less Than Jake. It's the day Scarlett Johannsen's nude pics leaked. It's....the best song I've ever heard."

You know how sometimes you can listen to an artist's music and actually tell that they've lived? I mean really lived, like they've gone through some shit and they're still breathing to tell the tale? It's a rare quality in music but Frank Turner has the ineffable ability to write about stuff that seems so REAL. So many of Frank Turner's songs about growing up and messing up everything are accurate that it's impossible not to want to tell Amy to get fucked for convincing you to get a tattoo even though you fucking hate her now.
