It's a fantastic album, great from beginning to end. But the lack of innovation since US&D (Probably due to crushingly huge amounts of hype surrounding this band) keeps it from being as amazing as it could be.

Honestly, when this was first released I didn't think I would still be spinning it daily several months later...& yet I just seem to keep falling in love with it all over again with every listen. It's safe to say that I'm hopelessly addicted at this point. It might not be quite consistent enough to deserve an outright flawless 5 - but the highlights are so abundant & exquisitely eargasmic that it's certainly not far off being as such. Should be a genuine contender for AOTY in everyone's books.

Even the weak chorus on a single song on this entire album is not enough to make me give this album anything less than a classic 5 rating. Amazing. Never did I think I would enjoy pop punk this much.

USAD was a 6. This one really grows on you. The musicianship is simply amazing. This is the perfect 30 min intense workout. Don't see these guys similar to WY or MOB at all. Don't really like the sound of the other pop punkers. Try this....listen to the whole album focused only on the drums and bass...wow!

A satisfying follow up to USAD. They had big shoes to fill with this record, and they succeeded. While I have to say that I do enjoy USAD a little bit more, this album is a great listen. "The Glass" is the best song they have written, and "Empty Space" is just too catchy. Vocals are generally the same but I'm okay with that. Instrumentation is sublime, and production is crisp. Great album.

The Story So Far manages to tighten up their formula and releases an album that confirms the stellar moment their genre is in since the beggining of this decade (which we all know could have so easily faded out from the mid 2000s) while reminding everyone that they are well-deserving front liners of this revival movement.
