Wow, I can't believe this is the same band that wrote Loveless. They switched styles, trading
fuzzy dream pop for generic metalcore, and the shift is confusing with the tracks seeming to
have been penned by preschooler's who hate cops. Riffs are gay, band is now gay, not worth
the wait.

Disappointing, but my expectations were very high despite the miserable singles. rThe singles were two of the worst songs on the album, but there's not many great tracks. There are very few soaring choruses, and the guitars don't live up to Your Betrayal, 4 Words, Your Fist..., etc. on any song. rTears Don't Fall (Part 2) is definitely good, and works a little bit of nostalgia, but it mostly just reminds you of when Bullet was great (a.k.a hand of blood, TDF)rDefinitely some tracks that I will jam to quite a bit like Truth Hurts, Livin Life, Dead to the World, TDF 2, but the rest of the tracks are not very intense or emotional, and suffer from terrible lyricism, the biggest culprits being Leech and Dirty Little Secret.rThis site is kind of a joke for rating it a 1.6, but its not great. rWay more hard rock than metalcore.

It doesn't take a genius to realise that Bullet started with a relatively good (or maybe just tolerable) album, and have slipped further and further down the shitheap of mediocrity ever since. This latest installment in their frankly cringe-worthy back catalogue contains everything you could possibly desire in a metal album - whiny vocals, awful lyrics, mundane instrumentalism, and a butchered sequel to a perfectly decent song - here's to betting they'll go for the Metallica/Unforgiven route and add "Tears Don't Fall Part 3: This Time It's Srs" another couple of albums down the line. But God forbid they make it that far; if this is how bad their music is after four albums, I dread to think what they'll dredge up next. Also: 'Dat album artwork.

it just yet. Unless you're rating album art alone in which case don't rate, just tell us the
period jokes already. Seriously, not moaning. Just, if you've got any GOOD jokes about the
album artwork and name (there are good ones out there I've heard them) then out with them.

I have tried twice to listen to this without stopping, I can't because I end up laughing my ass off at the absolute banality of it. Gang chant choruses, horrifying lyrics, close to the most offensively bad metalcore can get. It's a parody of the style nearly, pure schlock lyrics, mediocre riffs & just a piss poor slab of music.

I wanted to give this album a 1/5 but I don't think it should be in the Awful category. While there are a few standout moments, there is no depth, substance or quality that lies in this album. Listen ronly to Tears Don't Fall Part Two and Breaking Point and leave the rest alone.

Just from the mere sight of things alone, you can already tell that Temper Temper screams hypocrisy and unintentional foolishness. If you aren't scratching your eyes out upon staring at those bloodied hands, then you as the listener are probably starting a riot because of how blasphemous "Tears Don't Fall (Part 2)" is. Gee, it's as if Matt Tuck and the rest of these diary-humping schmucks didn't really care.

I love the guitarwork and the drums on this album, and the production is clean and fantastic. But, it's held back by the lyrics this time around. They really went out of their way to not use a rhyming book. On "Truth Hurts", they rhyme "point" with "throat". WHAT THE FUCK? It would be fine if this was the only rhyme in the entire album that didn't work, but throughout the entirety of the album, they put words together that don't fucking rhyme. And the delivery of these "poetic" lyrics is absolutely terrible. It sounds too self-absorbent and rapid. I really tried to enjoy this album more than "Fever", which is an OK album by all means, but it just doesn't live it. It's not one of the worst albums of the year (go check out Otep's newest for proof), but it still is pretty bad.

There are 3 tracks on this CD that I like a lot. Too bad, outside of those three tracks
(P.O.W., Tears Don't Fall Part 2, and Living Life On The Edge Of A Knife), everything else
is practically unbearable. From horrible vocals, atrocious lyrics, to being downright
boring musically, this album is a huge step down from any of BFMV's other efforts.

So fucking average. Can they really never do anything new? Always recycling the same generic metalcore riffs with some God awful screaming on top to make all the scene girls go crazy about how "heavy" they are. Irony is they are actually capable of writing really solid songs every now and then.

Bullet continue down the path of mediocrity and cheesiness that they started with Fever and take it to the next level of shittiness. Good for them I didn't think it was possible to get more cringe inducing than Fever but with songs like Temper Temper, Dirty Little Secret, and Leech they succeed. The album does have some moments where I actually found myself headbanging though. For instance the second installment to Tears don't fall(How original Bullet, Unforgiven much?) and the opening track Breaking Point is Ok.
