| 4.0 excellent | earthblues | November 14th 12 | For far too long it's seemed to be since I heard a record that's made me want to literally kill people, but here it is. Sleep Eradication is one of the most powerful, angriest pieces of work I've heard this year, bar none.
The record spans a mere five minutes and in that time exhumes a sense of frustration and rage which fuels the perfect soundtrack for a full scale riot. The songs are devoid of filler and are full of energy, a powerviolence band with a punk hardcore twist.
The whole record is a great listen and songs like Death Path and Sleep Less provide the listener with a good insight into the band's signature sound whereas Human Factory Farm shows a slight bit of diversity in riffage taking a more classic punk stance. As a whole however the band's sound is quite planted in a high speed tempo. After experimenting with tempo changes and other structural differences in their previous releases this seems to be most fitting for the band.
Recommended Songs: All of it :P
