This is the only album of their’s that I have heard, and I like it. Apparently, their previous releases are all better than this… I wouldn’t know. I do know that this is some pretty good metalcore with the slightest death metal hints thrown in. The leads are excellent, by the way.

Never really have followed these guys, but I really enjoyed listening to this album for the most part. The first three songs, especially "The Eyes of the Storm", are the best tracks on the album, but they probably should have spread them out better because the last half of the album doesn't pack as big of a punch. Not really a fan of the instrumental on here either. It just didn't seem like a good segway between tracks and was just kind of random. Regardless, this was a good album.

Horrendously boring and lacking in creativity. This album is a 1.5/5 as a whole, but lucky for it, a few semi-cool sections bumped it to "average." There is literally nothing to get excited about here.

While not their original sound (which was nothing short of amazing), it's good to see them leave the murky waters of Progressive Death Metal. They traded in the tired and boring Euro Metal for a more aggressive and accessible sound. Sure to be amongst their best albums. Still think their s/t was their best though.

New vocalist doesnt change much, in fact it doesnt change anything, band shows too little progression in a pivotal album for them at this point in their careers. A missed opportunity.
