Decent 3 - fun, some catchy singles, great grooves. But sadly this album fails to keep any mark on me, huge amount of 90s hardcore lacks charisma, memorability and idea. This album has idea, is well executed and has some memorability, but biohazard for me lacks charisma, their music fails to impress me, plus 57 minutes long hardcore album that doesn't really progress anywhere out of hardcore or rap hardcore, just bores me to death about 40 minutes in. Highlights: Whole first half is really good, the rest is meh.
