The title says it all here. It is genius and insane. Ralf Scheepers voice was very well captured in this release and one of his finest records. Great writing from Kai as well.

Tribute to the Past, No Return, Last Before the Storm and Gamma Ray are all amazing tracks
and the likes of Your Torn is Over and The Cave Principle aren't too bad. As for the other
tracks, they're not that great. 18 Years and Heal Me are particularly boring as fuck, and
that's what plagues this album: boring tracks.

An impressive album by Gamma Ray, after their forgettable "Sigh No More" release. The album returns to a sound similar to "Heading For Tomorrow", and has some of the best crafted songs the band has made (until Kai took over). Fans of Power Metal should definitely listen to Tribute to the Past, Last Before the Storm, Heal Me, and Your Turn is Over.
