3.5 great | danielito19 | August 31st 14 | Some very solid deathgrind here. Thrashy riffs dominate every track, and the vocals are quite deranged at points. The sampling work is quite well done, adding perfectly to the atmosphere. While the band name and album title are cheesy as hell this is a fun listen regardless. Check out the guitar solos (yes, there are multiple) in Friday the 13th, or the catchy riffs in the title track. Slasher Holocaust is also full of off-the-wall riffs and some oddball moaning towards the end. Honestly, this is one of the most fun grind albums out there. Frightmare really knows how to enjoy themselves and the pleasure is infectious.

5.0 classic | WormbludRecords | December 5th 06 | Something for everybody with this release. You have elements of thrash, old school punk, death metal, old school death metal, grindcore, and more!
Some people complain about the production issues, but I think it helps! Song topics are strictly based on old school slasher flicks and the slightly muddy production makes you believe you are in fact in a slasher!
Modern day metal classic as far as I'm concerned. This is how metal should be...not goofy gimmick bands trying to "out gore" eachother as opposed to putting forth quality tracks.
