One of Australia's biggest pop stars of the day steps back from his band to record a super chill country-folk-bluegrass album. He even scored another memorable pop hit with 'Wish You Well'.

Getting better each time I listen to it. Good guitar, ok voice, feels very authentic.

Powderfinger had a hiatus which lead to side projects, Bernard Fanning pulled out the acoustic guitar to surve up a brilliant album. Songbird and Wish You Well are two of the best acoustic songs of all time, Watch Over Me is a dedicated song that is coupled with Nobody Sees from Dream Days at the Hotel Existence. Bernard Fanning put the rocking Powderfinger to the back seat to release a great album, maybe Australia's Jack Johnson.
