Maybe not among the best metalcore albums in recent memory, but Rest Inside The Flames is still a fun, catchy, and relentlessly heavy album, showing potential for the boys in 36 Crazyfists.

This is the last album by 36CF that I gave the time of day to. I think I spent $2 on it at a pawn shop just out of sheer curiousity. I wish I could get my money back, because I literally remember nothing about it other than being very underwhelmed. Every anonymous nu-metalcore track is just crammed together. Yawn.

honestly one of the best metalcore albums i've ever heard. while there aren't any awesome guitar solos, the singer is amazing and the chorus are beautiful. plus they're from Alaska so they get some props for that.

One of the greatest albums i own in my collection, a drummer with a special pattern that sounds amazing, a guitarist that makes cool riffs without overdoing it, a vocalist that has a soothing trembling in his voice and the bass does exactly what it's supposed to do, add depth to the rest of the music.

With the exception of "The City Ignites", this album upped the intensity of 'A Snow Capped Romance', which was a good album as well.
But here, 36 Crazyfists really can excited headbangers with songs like "Elysia" and "Felt Through A Telephone Line", which are really epic and have huge breakdowns to boot!
