MASSIVE leap in quality from the 3 albums that proceeded it. Note a huge fan of the guitar tone, but the songs themselves are great.

Bruce got so close to the original sins of the Eddie band it deserves its place among Piece of Mind and Seventh Son and Adrian Smith's guitar work is the cherry on the cake.

This is a hard one to rate. It has amazing moments/tracks like Darkside of Aquarius, Road to Hell and the title-track. Then some weaker ballads imo like the last 2 tracks, especially the last. Overall it?s somewhere between a 3 and 3.5, so I?ll be nice here.

Dickinson's return to roots album is also his second best. It brilliantly mixes classic
metal aproach with more modern 90's influences. Awesome guitar tone and vocals, interesting
songwriting. You could'nt ask for more. Best tracks: 'The Magician', 'Taking the
Queen/Darkside of Aquaris'.
