 | Sowing There's no surefire way to become staff, but there are steps you can take to work towards it. First, you want to become a contributor. The way you do this is by consistently submitting high quality reviews of new albums. The staff are pretty choosy about who they promote, so you really have to be the cream of crop compared to the rest of the userbase. Then, once you are a contributor, you need to stand out as one of the best contributors.
