 | BloodandRainbows thanks, I really liked your stuff too so I'm excited to hear what you send. and I've only recorded solo projects, though I'm working on getting together a band with some friends at school. I'm planning on recording Love and Legends on my own though because it's my baby and no one else can touch it lol. if this collab works though I could use a real guitarist, come to think of it.

| BloodandRainbows my major is in classical piano/music theory, so that's my main instrument. Roger Williams University, RI. SoCal has some great music...Intronaut, and Giant Squid are all from there and I'd give my left hand to see either.

| evilford sup cappy, hey re: Neurosis, my two favorites are probably Through Silver in Blood and Given to the Rising. People say TSiB is not accessible, but I have loved it since listen 1. GttR is not exactly a site favorite but I love it. They kind of return to a heavier sound, but incorporate some cool elements that they used when they went away from that. Honestly SaZ is probably a good place to start, and just go from there.

I can't open any of the files since I'm not on Windows. So I can't see what's what. I'll be checking out prices at a local store here this weekend. I'll have to order online if it's too much. Either way, I should have it fixed by the end of next week. How's your thrash project doing?

| evilford thanks dude. yeah in all honesty, this website and cool users (like yourself) has done wonders as far as helping me discover amazing music. I'm glad to be a part of this website, as much as people rag on it, and yeah I'm definitely glad to have talked to some pretty cool people like you man, I plan on sticking around for a while

| evilford yeah it's alright man, we're at the point now where we've realized that adding more stuff on top of what we're doing already isn't a good idea so I'm trying to de-crazy my life and I'm sure it'll work out eventually. I live in Cedar Rapids, Iowa. decent sized town in eastern IA. where are you in CA?

I work 40-50 hours a week, got a house, married, have two kids, life is crazy. kind of makes me wonder what I got into lol. month by month over the last 6 years things have just kind of gotten crazier and crazier and I haven't really been able to slow any of it down.

I used to play guitar but kind of got out of it when my life got all hectic and everything. one of a few things I wish I had done differently in life, heh. oh well. but no I have never recorded either. one day I'm hoping to get back into playing, if not just for the knowledge of it.
